This series CNC busbar processing machine has three units: punching, cutting and bending. It is easily to adjust each unit to shorten the processing time and improve the production efficiency. The bending unit uses the imported PLC control system, which have stable system and high precision. It is used to processes copper and aluminum busbars in different specification. By relative operation unit if can easily and quickly do all kinds of processing to copper and aluminum busbar, such as shearing, punching (circular hole and oblong hole), flat/honrizental bending, vertical bending and knurling. Change different mold to do special processing to copper bar, such as flat press, embossing, cable connector process, and can do cutting, flat crushing, pushing, and bending.

2. Oil pump: Taiwan Xinhong Motor (the price is about 700 higher than the domestic motor). Our oil pumps are gear oil pumps, and many other manufacturers are plunger pumps.

3. The solenoid valve overflow valve is made of Taiwan, with good sealing and long life.

4. Hydraulic tubing seals: three-layer steel wire high-pressure tubing.

5. Fuel tank: The steel plate welded with internal phosphating treatment has a good anti-rust effect.

6. Mould: The punching and shearing mould is made of Luo 12 molybdenum and vanadium material to ensure the service life of the mould. All the bending stations use 45# forging materials, quenching heat treatment, flange treatment, perfect processing technology and reliable materials, so you will have no worries in the future use process.

7. Punching positioning: X, Y axis reverse positioning, high efficiency, high accuracy, suitable for mass production.

8. The shape of the equipment is sprayed with plastic, not ordinary spray paint.

9. The whole machine adopts Panasonic PLC control, which is more stable and reliable than traditional relay control. The bending angle is directly input, the operation is simple, the angle is accurate and includes the memory function, and the processing method is arbitrarily called.
